Moncrieff's Medals

Medals awarded to John Moncrieff Glassworks at International exhibitions. These international exhibitions were an important part of life in the 19th Century, running for many months and attracting millions of visitors. They were the Disneyland of the time, showcasing worldwide industry, arts and technology. (Covered in depth on the internet.)
