The side view includes a bulb, the lower holder is a British small bayonet cap and the upper a standard British bayonet cap. Were any exported and fitted with screw holders?

These cast bronze arms are possibly pre-war only.

Fakes seen are made of brass or bronze wire.

This type also had top and bottom holders but had adjustable arms that can grip the shade.

These were made by Samuel Krinks possibly in the 1930's and replaced the cast type of holder.

Typical fitting used for the all-glass mushroom lamps produced after the second world war, the chromed fitting justs rests on the glass shelf. The wooden bases are vase stands with a light fitting and clips to hold the shade.

Typical fitting used for non-glass shades and vase lamps.
Larger ones tend to be smoothly curved from side to side.
Vase lamp fitting BC holder top, SBC holder at bottom. From FL23 Top cap pressed brass and cast base from FL25, detail shows drilled base and cable guide that also bolts the whole assembly together.
